
Focused Fitness Pop-Up!
Mass programming is just that... Built for the masses. While these free resources can be great for inspiring you to do new moves, they are not designed with any single body in mind. Those who use them are at various different levels and left without a guide to figure it out on their own. Without a proper understanding of you… mass programming could fail to provide results, or even worse, could cause injury!
Some moves are great, but should not be given to beginners without proper form cueing and focused intentions. My focus on this Fitness pop-up will be to help you gain MASSIVE results and prevent injury by guiding you through a publicly available fitness program and breaking each day's workouts down.
Here's what you will experience and receive:
- Everything will happen on a private Facebook Group. As soon as you signup I'll email you the group details and you're IN!
- A FREE Fitness Program available publicly on YouTube has been chosen for us to follow (this way anyone can access the workout for no added cost)
- Break through fitness funks and plateaus! Daily accountability to commit and complete a workout alongside me and a group of other enthusiastic, positive and supportive people!

- Point out where you should be hyper-aware of form so that you get the most out of it and avoid injury!

Share what you should absolutely NOT do. Fitness programs are designed to speak to the masses… and many YouTube programs don’t speak at all. Some moves really should not be given out without proper cues …those moves I will be sure to point out to you!
