After 2 decades in the fitness industry, And being one of the LEAST WORKOUT MOTIVATED yet Most In Shape people I knew, I realized that what was missing was so simple most people skipped right by it.

At this point, everyone understands that you have to MOVE if you want to change your fitness.

 

But what happens when you are consistent with workouts but you still don't see the results you expected? Do you restrict your diet even more? Do you Change Workouts?

 

What happens when your workout becomes easy but you're still not at your goals? Do you work out for yet ANOTHER hour each day? Do you go up in weights even though your joints hurt?

 

Here's The Secret to turning your movement into effective TRAINING:

 

Alignment (Form) 

&

Engagement (Focus)

 

Without those two, your movement will be just that... movement, but it might not necessarily cause the results that you are working so hard for.

 

Without Form & Focus, You Might Never Get FIT!

 

The difference between just moving and purposeful training is faster results, reduced workout time, and more control of your body and what it can do. 

 

So if you are someone dedicated to your fitness routine but simply not seeing the results you want... today is the day you learn how to change that!  

 

I created my Form - Focus - Fit Framework so that anyBODY could reach their own fitness goals without spending more hours in the gym, lifting heavier weights, starving or denying themselves, and without injury from improper movement. 

 

You may think slowing down, lifting less, and reducing hours spent on fitness all sounds dull and counter-intuitive. I say it all the time: You have got to be willing to SLOW DOWN to SPEED UP!

Learn More About Form ~ Focus ~ Fit 

 Form

This part of my system is all about alignment! People think "Form" is all sorts of things, like "never letting your knees go over your toes" and "be sure you have a flat back" or whatever else your chosen fitness program guru taught you. But without the rest of the instructions, this is a recipe for early knee surgery and lifelong pain!

Proper alignment ensures that when you engage your muscles, you will be able to use the muscle groups you should be using for that movement, without causing injury and in fact, adding more stability to each and every joint in the process!

Focus

This part of my system is all about isolation and engagement. As busy humans, we default to trying to find the most efficient way to move. And this generally leads us to move lazily and not engage any muscles we don't absolutely have to! 

While this seems like it makes sense, it actually causes a lot more harmful movements and requires more effort than simply moving properly to begin with. And while this is great for 'survival mode'  it isn't a recipe for amazing results in a fast amount of time! 

With FOCUSED isolation, you learn to turn on EVERY muscle group possible with each move, igniting and engaging the right ones so that you not only build strength faster and add even more injury protection for your body, you get killer results in less time too!

Fit

Most people who come to me thinking they already have this part down because it is all about movement! Almost everyone moves, and people curious about proper form almost always have some sort of fitness-based movement into their daily schedule already. 

That's great! But there is a HUGE difference between movement and TRAINING.

With the Form ~ Focus ~ Fit System, you will do more than move, you will be training your body to be the best it possibly can be!
