Myth #1

You need heavier weights to get #GAINZ!

Reality:

FALSE! It is not about how HEAVY you lift, it is about HOW you lift.

Shocker:

Majority of my Form App members actually reduce their weights when lifting and see exponential growth! 
Some don't even use weights at all! 

 

Myth #2

I need one SPECIFIC program for my goals. And a different one for Weight loss, booty gainz, fitness competition prep...

Reality:

Any workout can work, you just have to WORK IT

Shocker:

The most important factor in choosing a workout regimen is knowing how to do it PROPERLY! If the ones you have tried so far didn't "work" for you... it is not due to the program being the "wrong one" it is simply because nobody showed you how to use it right... I can help! 

Myth #3

I need to workout for HOURS to get the results I want

Reality:

20 minutes with proper Form-Focus-Fit is WAY more beneficial than a sloppy 60 

Shocker:

Did you know that a 60- minute workout with proper form-focus-fit methodology can burn up to 400 calories! Take THAT cardio enthusiast!

Myth #4

I need a strict diet and nutrition plan in order to drop weight and fat. 

Reality:

 

Nutrition is IMPORTANT but it shouldn't be your ball and chain.

If all you did was eat carrots and protein powder you still will not meet goals because working your body is the MOSTY important aspect to reshaping yourself 

Shocker: 

NONE of my app members have a perfect diet. We all eat ice cream and other treats on a regular basis, and do not deprive ourselves for results!

Myth #5

I shouldn't eat after 8pm

Reality:

Eating an ice cream sundae at 2pm has the same exact impact on your health and weight and results as that same ice cream sundae at 8:30pm. 

It is not about WHEN YOU EAT, it is about having a balance with your eating

Shocker:

As we already mentioned I eat ice cream darn near every day, and have NEVER been in better shape! 

Even "perfect eating" (whatever that is) will not reshape your body, tone specific areas, or build muscle. ONLY proper movement applying the Form-Fit- Focus method will smooth the way to the body you have always wanted! 

 

Myth #6

Modifications are for people who can't work as hard. They are for beginners and injured people. 

Reality:

Modifications are the best tool to help you speed up results!

I modify moves every d@mn day! They are key to learning proper movement, learning to engage all of your muscles and only the proper muscles, so that you can get results!

Shocker:

 

Modification is the KEY to success! Learning how to work in YOUR body, is the ONLY way to speed up results and get the healthiest gainz around!

Myth #7

All movement is good movement!

Reality:

There is a difference between moving, and training! Training is purposeful, calculated, specific movement toward a goal. Movement is... well, movement and can cause injury, not burn many calories, and can be counter productive to your goals if you do not find the proper form and focus to use while you move.  

Shocker:

 

Many people who have worked out for YEARS come to me and realize they have wasted so much time and money doing the wrong things when they could have simply applied by basic fundamental Form-Focus-Fit technique and needed less time in the gym and more time having fun while getting way better results!
